Training starts early

The children's classes are structured to be fun while instilling the traditional values of discipline and respect for others. The children are encouraged to improve but always at their own pace. Achievements are rewarded but not guaranteed. This ensures that the child's performance is something that they can be truly proud of.

Young bodies are constantly growing and changing and because of this the exercise is designed to be appropriate for their ability.

Classes for children are held during the week for students aged between 3 and 12 years old and the classes run all year except for the summer months.

New registrations are accepted in January, April and September

There is a new beginner class from at 3:30 - 4:30 PM on Mondays and a Parent and Tot class (3-5 year olds) from 3:30 - 4:15 PM on Thursdays. There remains a 5:15 - 6:15 PM class (Mon/Thurs) for beginners. The 6:15 - 7:30 PM class remains as an advanced class - no new students are accepted in this time slot. Remember that advanced students can register at any time slot however, the 6:15 class will provide more advanced training opportunities.
